Adult sessions
- Sessions are booked subject to availability.
- 5-Session Passes are valid for 3 months from purchase; 10-Session Passes are valid for 6 months from purchase.
- Sessions should be used before the pass expiry date.
- A session can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are normally counted as used.
- If Vince needs to cancel a session, it will be rescheduled without affecting the pass.
Kids & teens / after-school sessions
- Places are booked for the agreed half-term or term.
- Session times are arranged according to availability and may be adjusted by agreement with parents.
- If a child cannot attend a session, parents should give as much notice as possible.
- Missed sessions due to individual absence are normally not refundable.
- If Vince cancels a session, a replacement session or appropriate credit will be offered.
- Any pickup or travel arrangements must be agreed separately with the parent.
